Windows 10 usage is increasing by the day. This is not because Windows 10 is an excellent OS, it is because Windows 10 is being forcibly imposed upon users across the globe as a recommended update. It is very clear that the amount of sales that Windows 7 has received was not really achieved by Windows 8. The hundreds of people who have complained that Windows 8 was not upto the mark and its live Tile interface only succeeded as far as mobiles were concerned. On the laptop people love to see the start button and the Taskbar as was the trend with the standard Windows XP and Windows 7. It is Perhaps this problem that has influenced the design of Windows 10 and has had it look like Windows 7 with the features of Windows 10 and even better.
Even after all these efforts by Microsoft the sale of Windows 10 units has not really hit the mark. People still continue to use Windows 7 as there best shows in OS and have refused to make the downloads. But Microsoft has its own way of making sales happen. Soon after February Windows 10 growth boosted immediately. The data scene in march was absolutely shocking. The analysis made by a certain analytic company known as Net Application has shown that by March 15. Six percent of all Windows species has been working on Windows 10. This was something that has been almost a 1.4 percent growth than before. Also the Windows 10 last month grew by 25% in terms of profits and since 2015 this was the biggest growth scale.
Till date about 235 million devices are working on this brand new OS. The Redmond giant has a huge target in this regards. The company wants to ensure that almost 1billion devices run on this OS by the end of this year. But with so many peoples still hanging on to Windows 7 and Windows XP they are left with only one option that is force the people to download. In this case Microsoft has contacted all the latest hardware manufacturers and made a pact with them. Hence any new device that you want to buy now will not work unless you have Windows 10 installed in it. This is something that has cause the sales of this OS to be boosted. There was another major possible promotion of Windows 10 that was done. There was an instance where certain people were provided this free upgrade even though they had not really asked for it. This was done without their permission and their Windows 7 or Windows 8 was automatically upgraded to this OS.
The free upgrade offers are available till the 9th of July. Within this period if you wish to upgrade your system you can do so. If Microsoft is really serious about promoting this over to the 6th and then in that case we are sure that they will again extend the free upgrade plan after the tenure is over.
