Android wear has been around for quite some time but most of the devices that have been launched were not directly produced by Google; this theory will now change, as Google is purportedly giving way to Nexus smart watches. This at the moment, is just a rumour as we don’t have much concrete information on how much things have proceeded. Nevertheless, we are sure that Google enthusiasts will be very happy to hear that their favourite Android based handsets will now come in the form of a watch.
A lot of questions come to a person’s mind when he thinks about a Nexus Smartwatch. The first question that could come in our mind is that who the producer will be. They already know that previously Google used Motorola, LG, HTC to produce the Nexus devices. We still know that a couple of HTC devices codenamed sailfish and Marlin are expected to be seen soon but the very thought of having a Nexus Smartwatch tempt us to think that perhaps it would be Motorola to launch the watch or perhaps LG to do the Honours. We also might see a luxury format launched by some other big watch brand like Tissot or some huge name, but no word of that yet.
Particularly reliable sources like, Android police, has declared that they believe two different models of the Nexus Smartwatch could be introduction. Codenamed angelfish and Swordfish the devices may look a lot like the Moto 360 but some also say that the LG urbane 2nd edition LTE watches could be an inspiration.
Sporty, could be the correct words to describe these two watches, as deciphered from the website. The watch me cum with 3 different buttons with one circular large button the centre on the right and two smaller buttons on both sides. Functions of these keys are not known as of now but there should be a little similar to what they had been doing all these days. A GPS and hearts rate monitor along with LTE capacities are expected to be in place.
Swordfish is expected to have smaller dimensions as compared to the Angel fish. It is not really safe to discuss any of the dimensions right now as we do not have concrete evidence on the accuracy of the data received online about them. A similarity to Pebble time round watch will be seen and the structure of both the watchers is expected to be more or less the same with a few functional differences. Of course, we can only expect these two watches to be released with the Nexus or immediately after them, along with the Android wear 2.0
