Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor has been one of the most awaited games by the fans of the Lord of the rings franchise.
The game which is being developed by Monolith Productions and is being produced by Warner Bros.
Is being expected to launch to a grand reaction from the fans and is full of action.
The game is supposed to continue the story by filling the gap between the movies : the Hobbit and The Lord of the rings trio. The game will be releasing on the 30th of September 2014 for all regions except Australia where it shall release on 8th of October.
The game is based in an open world where people can roam all over the world and pursue side quests while keeping the primary objectives in mind.
The bigger question, however, is that whether the game shall be running on the XBOX One platform in 1080p at 60fps or not, like the PS4.
There are various rumours in the market suggesting that the game shall be running for the XBOX One at either 720p or 900p with a locked 30fps. A majority of the reports have indicated that the game shall run at 900p, while some still continue to back their 720p. However one thing has been confirmed by these reports that the game will be locked at 30fps.
Both, the monolith and the Warner Bros have been keeping away from commenting on this issue, and have not been available for a statement.
The game, which looks fantastic on the PS 4, running at a magnificent 1080p at 60fps has been a sight to look at, but will the XBOX gamers be fortunate enough to enjoy the gameplay experience? The trend doesn’t suggest so.
However, the game will remain otherwise exactly the same for both the consoles and will see no major changes apart from the resolution and the frame rate.
