The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has recently been in the throes of technical issues particular Li what’s the battery. The Note 7 users have Express the concern over having a defective battery many of whom have even when faced with injuries due to battery explosion. Samsung did not wish to take any chances other than the 35 major cases of battery problems across the globe and hands decided it was best to call back the 3.5 million phones that it has already sold and replace their batteries rather than take another chance.
Needless to say that calling back 3.5 million phones would have indeed been terrible expense and loss for the company. With so many phones back in the factory, Samsung would possibly not have shifted through all of them to check for battery problems. It would have been much easier to do a total replacement of the phone. This is what they have decided to do and supposed to the fact that the demand for the Note 7 would begin to do in Delhi, Samsung has recently reported that almost 90% of the Note 7 users in the United States of America would choose to have their Galaxy Note 7 replaced and not swapped with other phones.
This came as a good news for Samsung but people who were not very trusting of Samsung move regarding device call back and replacement say that 90% was a huge statistic and it could not really be possible. They also had another approach towards this point they said that if 90% of the phones needed replacement then the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 design was completely floored in the first place putting all the users using this device in high risk of fatal injuries caused due to overheating and combustion.
So far hundreds of cases have been reported regarding cell phone explosions and fatal injuries caused by exploding devices but with the Note 7 the rate of injuries has been surprisingly high. Till date 26 reports of burning and 55 reports of property damage involving cars and garage is getting burnt have also been reported.
