HTC has been among some of the biggest names when it comes to the markets of technology over the past several years. The company has been among some of the earliest names to show faith in the Android OS, and have since been revolutionizing the way we know the markets of technology to be. HTC has always been known for their premium smartphone designs, and is now all set to take a major step up with the arrival of the next generation of HTC Nexus devices. The HTC Sailfish and HTC Marlin have been anticipated to be two of the biggest forces to emerge from the company.
These gen-next Nexus devices have been talked about quite a lot, and the specs of the HTC Sailfish were recently leaked. In a new leak, the features of the HTC Marlin, too, have been revealed. Before this leak, all we knew was that there was another phone that HTC was making, which would be larger in size than the HTC Sailfish. However, much more information is now available.
According to reports obtained via Android Police, the HTC ‘Marlin’ is said to sport quad-core Snapdragon 820 or more likely, the upcoming 821 processor. The phone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch QHD Amoled display. It will also be featuring a fingerprint scanner at the back and a USB Type-C port as well.
The device is the next Google flagship phone, and is all set to bring several changes in the way we know the markets of technology to be. It is expected to feature a 4GB RAM alongside 32GB of storage space as a base model, and then there are also expected to be models of 64GB and 128GB.
The new HTC Marlin is all set to bring forward a major change in the way the markets function, and it is expected to come out with the new and redesigned Navigation buttons as well.
