GTA V Online for PC Release date – First Person Shooting Camera Mode?

Jun 29, 2014 By

GTA V Online for PC Release date First Person Shooting Camera ModeGrand Theft Auto 5 needs no introduction. It deserves accolades for its innovative triumvirate of antiheroes, its many and varied missions, and the sprawling depiction of Los Santos and the hillbilly outbacks.

GTA has mostly been a single player game. GTS 5 is a story of three equally troubled criminals, with varying backgrounds, personalities and motivations.

GTA V Online introduces its players to an open online world, which is completely away from the story. It is a space where people can run riot against each other.

Recently, developers named XBL ToothPick created a mod for GTA V Online that flips the camera angle of the player to a first person shooting mode. They also released a few videos that demonstrate the hack.

This mod not only demonstrates the love for first person shooters, but also a hint for Rockstar to give the game a whole new experience. The GTA V Online DLC release was delayed, according to a recent Rockstar announcement; although this doesn’t imply that Rockstar is working on this feature, but they can certainly take some pointers from this mod.

Rockstar did make an official statement regarding this delay in the release. They clarified that the content for the Online Heists, which was planned to be released in spring, is taking them more time to create than they anticipated and assured that a lot new content updates, enhancements and additions to the world of GTA are on their way.

Rockstar recently released a GTA V Online update which brought a new theme called, “I’m not a Hipster.” If you hadn’t guessed by the name, the update included retro-print tees, skinny jeans, hairstyles, tattoos, animal masks, customary new vehicles and weapons.

So, what are your thoughts on the First Person Shooter camera angle mod? Does it make the game more exciting for you? If not, then do tell us some features and improvements you want to see in the upcoming DLC?

E3 2014 Rumor Roundup: Resident Evil 7, Fallout 4, Zelda Wii U

Jun 11, 2014 By

E3 2014 resident evil 7 fallout 4The world’s biggest gaming trade show, the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is round the corner. Gamers are getting ready for some of the biggest launches – but how much of it is actually going to take shape?

Answers will be out this week but it is too much for gamers to endure, prompting Blogs, news sites, news aggregators, forums, Reddit, NeoGAF, and social-media sites abuzz with rumors both extremely far-fetched and nearly certain.

Fallout 4:
Bethesda Game Studios, the creator of the Fallout game series, was scouting locations in the Boston area. A trademark for the sequel was registered while a convincing teaser website, called The Survivor 2299 was also set up. A leaked casting document obtained by Kotaku hinted that the project is currently in development and will take place throughout Boston and its surrounding area. The Survivor 2299 website has currently been taken down.

The company’s VP Pete Hines declared that Bethesda refrains from discussing anything at initial stages.

Upcoming Doom 4 game:
Simply titled Doom, this popular Bethesda game regenerates itself with a trailer showing dark corridors and a massive hell beast. If Bethesda can put in the same expertise as Wolfenstein, Doom would likey work the same wonders.

Zelda Wii U:
The floundering Wii U console is desperately trying to keep afloat – it has the new Zelda game and the aiimbos in store. The Zelda game would not be called Zelda Hyrule Warriors.

Aiimbos are are toy versions of Nintendo characters, custom made to suit several upcoming Wii U games in different ways. The figures interact with the Wii U gamepad’s built-in NFC reader, so users won’t need to have extra devices in their play areas. Production has been confirmed for Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, Yoshi’s Woolly World, and Mario Party 10 but no light has been shed on the release dates.

Resident Evil 7:
There are rumors saying that Capcom will reveal their new Resident Evil game at E3 2014.

In concordance with some forum users from Capcom-Unity, there is a section on this website called “Resident Evil: Enhanced Veronica”. This might be a sequel of Resident Evil: Code Veronica, which was released in February 2000. However a NeoGAF post claimed that the new Resident Evil game will not be the seventh installment in the series. Instead, it will focus on some kind of side plot.

The Last Guardian:
This game was on people’s books ever since the E3 in 2009, as the successor to Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. However, the game’s end was declared by IGN where as Scott Brohde’s (head of PlayStation product development for Sony Worldwide Studios America) post suggested that the project was not cancelled.

Halo Series:
After the confirmation of Halo 5: Guardians, rumors cited that Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4 will be remastered and sold in one box set.

Project Beast:
Some leaked photos of Project Beast depict typical From-style monsters/backgrounds and a shotgun-wielding man on horseback.

Grand Theft Auto for PC:
Grand Theft Auto V for PC rumors are swarming the web – although the game has been in development for quite some time, a release is rumored for 2015, leaving us to wonder whether it will suface this E3.

Activision’s Destiny:
The sci-fi game is played in first-person shooter and is the subject of great hopes , just because it is developer Bungie’s first game since it gave up the Halo series.

Ubisoft’s Far Cry 4:
Set in the fictional mountainous country of Kyrat, the game will be much more enhanced as compared to its predecessor.

Nintendo Wii U Mario Kart 8, price and updated shortcut list to all 32 levels

Jun 11, 2014 By

mario kart 8 nintendo wii u cheatsMario Kart 8 features a high amount of tracks and a website has created some video which shows each of their short cuts.

Walmart is currently offering the Wii U Mario Kart 8 bundle at an amazing price of $329.

The site had released a video some weeks back but it then featured only 30 out of 32 levels. The updated list contains the shortcuts to all 32 levels and has now been posted on the website.

Mario Kart 8 is one of the Nintendo’s most popular titles which is all inclusive and lets up to 12 players race together in its online play modes. If every player has a broadband internet connection, that is all for the requirement.

Users who do not yet own a Wii U system will find it much easier to get in on the action. The big game of all, the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Set bundle has an inclusion of a Wii U Deluxe Set system, a red Mario Wii Wheel accessory, a red Mario Wii Remote Plus controller and a Mario Kart 8 game.

FREE GAME: Nintendo has an offer of even more incentives than what comes with the actual bundle. There is a free game that allows buyers to choose from various Wii U titles including The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Pikmin 3, New Super Mario Bros. U, or Wii Party U.

This freebee is available for all the customers who purchase the Deluxe set and register Mario Kart 8 with Club Nintendo before July 31. They will be receiving a free Nintendo eShop download code for this additional Wii U game.

Thus, this basically has become a 2 for 1 deal that will allow buyers to get their hands on quality titles for the Wii U.

All the players who have Google accounts can also upload their reels directly to their YouTube channels. This is possible as the game features Mario Kart TV which lets players watch their highlight racing reels, rewind them, play them back in slow motion or even upload them to the MiiVerse.

There are various other cheats for the game on the internet for bonus cups, bonus characters, bonus parts and gold parts.

Year 2015: Batman Arkham Knight release date for PS4 and Xbox One

Jun 8, 2014 By

Batman Arkham Knight release date for ps4 xbox one 2015Rocksteady Studios, the British video game developer announced that the Batman: Arkham Knight release date for PS4, Xbox One and PC has unfortunately been pushed forward to 2015 instead of October this year, as previously announced.

They spoke about the final series of the Batman Arkham trilogy that the new next gen-only Batman would not be out this year after all.

On the other side, Rocksteady releases new screens and a trailer to compensate for that. Warner Bros. released the new Batmobile-focused trailer that reveals it has a secret ‘attack mode’, involving a minigun popping out of the top.

Many rumours of a delay for the Batman: Arkham Knight have been circulating since a month so, but they did not seem to come to anything until the official announcement.

The announcement means the anxiety of waiting of the fans will continue to the next year.

All Batman fans have been very anxious to enter the bigger-than-Arkham-city open world. They can also try the driveable Batmobile which has the feature of doubling as a tank. The new game is the very much anticipated explosive conclusion to the Arkham series

There has been no official explanation for the delay by Rocksteady Studios. Instead, the developer has announced that it needs more time to ensure better quality. They have said that they want the best Batman Arkham experience, and that will necessarily take time.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the first game in the series that will not be available on PS3 and Xbox 360 due to some technical limitations. For instance, the Batmobile cannot run on previous-gen consoles, and needs a larger Arkham City which has a bigger environment to accommodate it.

We can just wait and watch to see how long Batman game fans finally have to wait till they can take control of Batman.

The Game, 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil

Jun 6, 2014 By

2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil videogameFIFA 14, actually released in 2013, was relatively successful, especially in India. New features like precision movement, improved physics and ball handling kept fans involved, as the game remained fun and easy to get involved in. Not too much has changed over the last six months as the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil seems more like a formality.

Most high profile games today are being released with the new generation of consoles in mind. The game can be played on an Xbox 360, and while it is enjoyable on its own terms, there’s not much to separate it from the last entry in the series.

Some common complaints present in FIFA 14, remain – it has slower movements and your controls don’t give your players arcade-like magical turning abilities anymore. The game has become more calculated and those not fanatical about football might find it irritating.

The endless treadmill
Sports games often prove to be an endless treadmill where each new version is only a little bit different from the one that preceded it.

Thus, the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil follows very closely on the heels of FIFA 14.The point is that each successive Call of Duty gets an exciting new backdrop and weapons as the FIFA Brazil has to content itself with the pageantry of the World Cup.

Overall, crowd reactions are great with the stadiums and camera tricks that pepper the delivery really do make it feel like you’re watching a real broadcast of a football match. Players can relate with authentic details like 20 new stadiums, 203 teams, with anthems and home country cheering going crazy.

Strong fundamentals
FIFA Brazil itself handles very much like its predecessor. However, the running and dribbling can feel a little slower than older versions of the game, which make you encouraged to play more tactically.

You get more control over the ball and more freedom to dribble. The new shoot controls can give you a lot more accuracy with some practice. Thus the games can give you plenty of action.

Verdict
For a complete football addict, who bought the game last year and is thinking of buying it again, probably he/she is going to buy it despite the fact that the game hasn’t really changed. Otherwise, one can skip it if already bought FIFA 14 already, and are on the fence about this game

FIFA 2014 World Cup Brazil proves to be a pretty good game, with excellent presentation and much enjoyable gameplay if you’ve last played Fifa and enjoy the genre.
