Super Mario Run for Android Finally Has A Release Date! 23rd of March

Mar 18, 2017 By

Super Mario Run has been one of the most popularly talked about and played games of recent times. The game released for the iOS in December 2016, and has since been quite popular. It was announced in September of 2016 during the Apple event where the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus were launched. Nintendo had also commented that this game was all set to get Super Mario Run for Android in the days to follow. However no timelines were given then. We now have a confirmed date of the launch – 23rd March.

Super Mario Run Google Play Store 23 March

Super Mario Run for Android was on a pre-registration phase for a long time. For months all the users would see on the Super Mario Run app on the Google Play Store is a green button that says pre-register. Well, we will be seeing that button for just a few more days as Nintendo has officially confirmed via Twitter, the launch date of the game. Super Mario Run for Android will release on the 23rd of March.

In the past Nintendo had initially announced that the game will be releasing for the Android users, and then they had said that it should ideally be out by March. However the date is now set in stone. Super Mario Run for Android is likely to feature the same pricing as the iOS version of the game. The game comes free of cost for the users for the first ten levels. However, beyond that users need to pay a one-time amount of $10, after which there are no in-game purchases to be made and the game is free to play without any extra costs.

Super Mario Run for Android was expected to release a little earlier, however Nintendo wanted to ensure that the game is not hackable (or at least not easily). They had stated that their concern was that once it hits the Android OS, it could face certain security issues that are not usually possible with the iOS devices.

Got bored of virtual world already? Don’t worry, world’s largest social network Facebook has plenty of tricks up its sleeves. A report by anonymous gaming network reveals that an average online user plays chat games for 21 minutes per day. Keeping this fact in mind, site developers are going to launch 17 interesting Facebook Messenger Games by world-class developers like Taito, Konami, Zynga, King studios and Bandai Namco. The list includes classics like Pac-Man, Words with Friends Frenzy and Space Invaders.

Starting from today, these games will launch in 30 countries. This is a sneaky strategy by FB to get users to spend more time on chat messengers.

What’s the Deal?

They’re directly available on your chat messengers. Unlike heavy native apps, they don’t take time to load since they’re built on a user-friendly HTML5 mobile web standard platform. These instant games are designed to suit both Android and iOS devices. You just need to hit a teeny-weeny game controller icon displayed next to sticker or photo buttons on your Facebook Messenger thread. Folks, who want a bigger and better gaming experience can play it on web browsers too.

You can even take a stylized screenshot of your game score and share it across Twitter, Snapchat and other messengers.

What’s the Catch with Facebook Messenger Game?

Facebook lost itself to the fast-pacing gaming world. As users switched to mobile, they started downloading apps from native stores. FB tried to hit back with Project Spartan (an HTML5 platform) in 2011, but it failed, as mobile web standard couldn’t compete with flashy, high-resolution, easily downloadable native apps. Nevertheless, FB developed a strategy to squeeze in better graphics and this is how they started building their own apps.

While you test your luck and challenge your friends with high scores, Facebook will reap plenty of dollars from promotional game ads. They might launch paid games in future.

Now that Facebook Messenger has put up entertaining games just two clicks away, it’s hard to resist the temptation. Go ahead and try them!

Eat Me – The fishy Game!

Jul 28, 2016 By

Eat Me is a new game which is both simple and interesting. The game starts off as we are born in a bubble into the sea as a small fish. The objective is to survive the ocean by eating the sea weed and swimming away from the bigger fish who tries to eat you. You can eat the fishes smaller in size and grow bigger to rule the sea! Once you are the biggest fish in the sea, you can roam around with confidence. But make sure you eat because other fishes may eat their way to the top and eat you!

EATME.IO

The multiplayer game works without a hitch, all you have to make sure is that you need a steady internet connection. You will never feel the lag in the game, we are still playing the game and it feels so smooth. The other fishes in the game are real players and are not computer driven fishes, this is what makes the game interesting.  All the fishes in the game can think and sense danger!

Time-Bound Excitement

Eat Me is a time bound game, you will be given 2 minutes to be the king of the ocean! All you have to do is to swim around and eat all the food you can. If you are eaten at some point of time, you will be respawned to the smaller size. Anyway you can restore your health by paying coins in the game.

At first look, the game might feel it is built for small children. But this game is surely exciting and the cute looking fishes can get deadly! The design of the ocean and the elements in the ocean are vibrant giving it a soothing look and feel.

Concept and Design

The concept of the game is simple and it is interesting too. You have to eat and get big, earn coins, unlock fish and upgrade fish. There are a total of 15 fishes and you can unlock these by playing more games and earning more coins.

The design of the game including the User Interface of the game is exceptional. The controls are perfect and you can choose between tap to navigate and the joystick. The joystick does an amazing job in making quick turns and movements.

The game is all about survival. If you can survive by defending and attacking the right moment, you can grow as the king of the ocean. Overall we are satisfied with this game and not to say addicted! If you are a fan of massively multiplayer action game, we would highly recommend you to try Eat Me! Click HERE To download this exciting game

Half Life 3 To Release In Full-VR: Executive Comments

Jul 18, 2016 By

Half Life 3 has been among one of the most anticipated games of all times. The game has been awaited for quite a long while, and any comments on the game are welcome by the gaming community at large. Let us take a look at two rather interesting comments. The first of them ccomes from a Valve engineer – who gives an optimistic point of view, while the second one is a little older statement from the CEO Gabe Newell.Half Life 3

Alan Yates, a hardware engineer at Valve commented on Reddit saying – “I was super fortunate to start at Valve right around the time Michael Abrash had begun the AR/VR research team. It was a much smaller team then than it is now, it has since grown to encompass about a third of the company, but the key individuals that solved most of the really hard technological problems and facilitated this generation of consumer headsets are still here working on the next generation.”

The real Gabe Newell, gave this statement in an interview in the past, when he was asked about the future of the Half Life series and the Half Life 3 game: “The only reason we’d go back and do like a super classic kind of product is if a whole bunch of people just internally at Valve said they wanted to do it and had a reasonable explanation for why. But you know if you want to do another Half-Life game and you want to ignore everything we’ve learned in shipping Portal 2 and in shipping all the updates on the multiplayer side, that seems like a bad choice. So we’ll keep moving forward. But that doesn’t necessarily always mean what people are worried that it might mean.”

The future does look interesting for those who have been awaiting the release of Half Life 3 since a decade now!
